I was born and raised in sunny Singapore for 23 years and have been passionate about desserts and sweets for most of these years. In secondary school while mugging for O levels I consumed several packs of Rabbit Milk Candy over 2 weeks.
My big fat hairy life goal is this: To become a ground breaker in the use of flavors, techniques and presentation in pastry, with a focus on locally available ingredients and desserts.
In my free time, I surf food blogs and bake whenever I can. I’m giving myself 2 years, from September 2011, to pursue my dream of making a living via baking. This blog documents my baking journey.
